Christopher R. Moe

Mr. Moe serves as CFO and Director of Silent Arrow, a heavy payload autonomous cargo delivery drone developer, and producer. Previously he has held leadership roles in businesses that produce ammunition components, electric motorcycles, advanced powertrains, and barges. He started his business career on Wall Street and served as Managing Director of GH Ventures, Managing Director of Kirkland Investment Corporation, Vice President of Wasserstein, Perella & Co.’s merchant banking fund, and Vice President/Area Head with Citicorp’s Leveraged Capital Group. He is an independent Director of Red Cat Holdings, Inc. a provider of highly sophisticated and complex drone products for defense.

 He served as a Captain of United States Marines and deployed with artillery and infantry units twice to the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean. He is the Treasurer and Trustee of The Pennfield School, Vice Chair of the Board of the Choir School of Newport County, and the former Treasurer of the Zabriskie Memorial Church of Saint John the Evangelist. He holds a BA degree in English from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is married, with three daughters, and resides in Portsmouth, RI. His youngest daughter has been a member of CSNC since 2017.
